I feel like I have been preparing for the Corona-panic, forever. Statistically it does seem that the mania is worse than the virus itself. To calm you down, let’s make a list of all the survival skills you have acquired over the years. Use this time to research ones you may need. Under-preparedness generates so much fear. Things feel beyond your control, and that’s scary. There are many things we should be prepared for, but we often don’t know what they are until faced with the problem. So it is important to work on skills and leave the specifics until later when you meet your issue. This self-quarantine has given us the perfect opportunity to catch up on some important survival skills.
