What I offer:

I give enthusiastic people, motivated to make a powerful change, a free 15 min. consultation. I will not be answering specific health questions during this introductory consultation, just making sure our personalities, expectations, and approach match. I will enjoy meeting the wonderful person that is you. To ensure the highest quality service in my limited clinical hours, I only excepted a restricted number of clients at one time. I offer four health care packages based on the depth of your health issue/s. (Remember the time interacting with awesome clients only represents a fraction of time preparing for each client.)

Individual Packages:

Acute Care Package Cost: $50

Colds, flus, general supplement and healthy diet recommendations, or any general acute illnesses needing a one time consult, this package for you. Includes:

One 30-minute consultation
Hand out of individualized herbal and nutrition plan
Email correspondence for acute condition

General Care Package Cost: $150

If you have minor issues, need general nutrition meal plans, have general weight loss goals with no other health issues, this package for you. Includes:

One 90-minute consultation
Print out of individualized herbal and nutrition plan
Recipes, handouts, and needed educational support to implement the program
1 month of email correspondence
One 30-minute follow up

Extra Guidance Care Package Cost: $350

If you have chronic health issues requiring more one-on-one guidance and goal setting, but otherwise your lifestyle only needs minor changes, this package for you. Includes:

3 months of email correspondence

Family Packages:

General Family Care Package Cost: $200

A family plan takes into account the general needs of your whole family’s nutritional plan. This is a basic real food eating plan separate from individual care (an above package); however, it takes into consideration other individual health issues in the family. It is a baseline plan that will optimize your time in the kitchen and brush upon integrating individual health needs. If you want to spend less time in the kitchen while still providing your family with healthy real food, this plan is for you. Includes:

One 90-minute consultation
Print out of individualized herbal and nutrition plan
Mission Nutrition e-book
Mission Nutrition Cookbook e-book
Recipes, handouts, needed educational support, and resource recommendations to implement the program
1 month of email correspondence
One 30-minute follow up

I do not specify a maximum number of people in the family, because I want to help all sizes of families. Keep in mind that I will need an intake form done for everyone so to ensure the optimal plan for you.
